How annual billing works

  1. Retainer Invoice

    An initial invoice for the plan year. It is part of the final annual service total.

  2. Final service total

    The complete annual service value, including charges previously invoiced.

  3. Additional amount invoiced

    The final service total minus the charges previously invoiced. Only this difference is added by the Final Invoice.

Example: $4,500 final service total − $3,000 previously invoiced = $1,500 additional amount invoiced.

These figures describe billing, independently of payments. Additional Services Invoices cover separately billed services. A combined invoice may include several plans or periods; its sections add up to the full invoice total.
